What this website collects, and how to change your choice.
Strictly necessary. The members area sets a login cookie when you sign in through the emailed link, so that you stay signed in on that device for seven days. During the site's preview period a small cookie also remembers that you are viewing the preview. These are needed for the site to work and need no consent.
Visitor statistics (only with your consent). If you accept cookies on the banner, we load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity on the public pages. They tell us which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from and how the pages are used, with IP addresses anonymised. They are never loaded in the members area. If you decline, nothing from either service is loaded and no statistics cookies are set.
Your choice is remembered on this device for twelve months. Use Cookie settings at any time to change it.
Members log in with a one-time link sent to the email address the club holds for them; no password is stored. The club records when a member last logged in, and who has read confidential minutes, so that access can be reviewed by the committee.
