How to book

Dress code

Mallow Golf Club asks visitors to wear golf attire on the course and smart casual dress in the clubhouse. In practice that means:

On the course

  • Golf attire throughout — collared shirts with tailored trousers or tailored shorts
  • Golf shoes
  • No denim
  • No football shirts

In the clubhouse

  • Smart casual in the bar and restaurant; neat golf attire is fine after your round
  • Please change out of golf shoes and wet gear before coming inside

Forgotten something? The pro shop stocks shirts, waterproofs and shoes.

Handicaps

You do not need a handicap certificate for a casual green-fee round — just book a time and come and play. For open competitions you need a current Golf Ireland or WHS handicap; entry is €20 and the playing limits are 28 for men and 36 for ladies. Visitors from outside Ireland can enter with a WHS handicap from their home club.

Tees: Blue 6,493 yards, White 6,234, Yellow 6,027 and Red 5,301 (par 72; out 37, in 35).
